Shipping Policy

Free delivery on orders above PKR 15,000. Below that, a flat PKR 250 applies nationwide — no surprise city surcharges, no fuel adjustments at the door.

Orders placed before 6pm are dispatched the same working day; everything else goes out within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2–3 working days to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan) and 3–4 working days elsewhere.

Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

COD is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready — couriers often cannot provide change — and check the tamper strip before paying the rider.

Every pair ships in its original box, wrapped and placed inside a protective outer carton, then sealed with a tamper-evident strip. If that strip is broken on arrival, refuse the parcel and message us immediately.

You'll receive an SMS with your courier tracking ID once the parcel is scanned. You can also check status any time on the Track Your Order page.

Couriers attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we'll reach out on WhatsApp to rebook — reshipping is free the first time.
